A selection of recent finds...
A few Golden Books, 50c each.
Pyrex dishes, $1 each
And I finally found one of these after seeing a few around blog land. Pies and quiche will be high on the menu now.
The red frames were what caught my eye. Pulling them out from the stack of pictures I found these two sweet prints. Opening the frames when I got home I discovered they are sheets from a 1974 Holly Hobbie calender. I can't wait to display them in our new home.

Those prints are so sweet!! I love the little golden book especially the Eloise Wilkin ones. x

ReplyDeleteI love that pastry blender, my grandma used to have the same one. Also, excellent pyrex finds! That JAJ rose patterns is one of my absolute faves.

ReplyDeleteI've never seen a pastry blender before. I was glad you showed what it was called as I wouldn't have had any idea. Maybe I should try and find one as I have a lot of trouble making pasty. :)

ReplyDeleteI have the same brand pastry blender, I bought it soon after my wedding ... in 1969! Even then, they were becoming scarce. I hope you have better luck than I did using mine!
