stills: this week








1. stitched some more cushions
2. i shared part 2 of the Johnson collection
3. & 4. received a parcel from the lovely Lea. full of sewing goodies and a new Johnson design
5. thrifted woollen blankets all ready to be repurposed. i shall share the results this week
6. the chooks enjoyed some warm mash for breakfast (pellets, grain and oats soaked in boiling water, with a spoonful of yoghurt)

    1. Yes they are. One is a lot lighter than the others, with pale neck feathers and yellow legs rather than pink.
      They are a dual purpose breed, though we're not planning on eating ours.
      They grow to be a large size and are excellent scratchers and lawn mowers.

  11. Love your cushions and those woollen blankets are a blast from the past - my nan had heaps like those. Might just have to give the op shops a bit of a visit to see if I can nab some pretty ones myself! xx
