1. a few days away on the coast and visits to my old favourite op-shops. new Johnson ware for 50c
2. ocean swims and sea glass searching
3. advent gift unwrapping
4. and upon returning home- this lovely book. a give away prize from my favourite store
5. the summer salad of potato, sardines plus the first of the homegrown purple king beans is in order
6. the veg patch

  5. Goodness me, that Johnson is a stunner Zara. I am always amazed when I see a new design, they each get lovelier than the last.
    I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on Hugh's book, it's one I've been thinking about getting.

  7. The things you show us are always so lovely Zara, just like you. That Johnson plate is a beauty - another design I haven't seen before. We will be eating Christmas lunch off ours, none of them as nice as that one.
    I made that gingerbread house, pop over and have a look. Not my best work I'm afraid, quite embarrassing really. Ha-ha! Have a lovely Christmas, take care x
