Thrifted Treasures

A couple of days worth of op shopping this week yielded a whole lot of loveliness.
With a 50% off sale at one local op shop, the bargains were a plenty.

This Fire King Jug, down to $1.50

Wooden eggs, with the timber variety marked on each- Celery Top Pine, Myrtle, and Huon Pine (75c). The egg basket was a thrifted gift.

Tea towels

And a Picasso scarf to add to my other one.

Hope all my fellow thrifters had a successful week too.

  1. Aren't those wooden eggs lovely? I really like the egg basket too, I remember my Mum had one very similar... if only I had the room, I'd be on the hunt for one of my own!

  8. The best is the wooden eggs. They are great as it or they could be spray painted easily.
