5. watching River Cottage
6. apple and (homegrown) rhubarb tart
7. delicious and dairy-free biscuits. the first time i've made them & they are a favourite already.

Your dairy free bikkies look interesting, any chance you would share the recipe as my boy is dairy allergic and I am always keen on new ideas and they look completely different to the ones I usually bake. mel x

  4. Love all of these! It's wonderful seeing the change of seasons, isn't it? I had a very cosy day of baking today, but I'm struggling to wrangle my fan-forced oven - even with lowered temps I'm still burning things to a crisp! I'm determined to get good results out of it though!

  10. Love the chooky stills, have a pic saved somewhere of a door handle like yours (thinking alike). Thought that was a vintage sheet curtain, I've been wanting to put up some mis-matched sheets in our bedroom and was thinking "is that too weird". Have one blue sheet to find. Love yours.

    1. i was lucky with the sheet. threaded the seam onto the curtain rod. the length was perfect too- just skimming the floor. so i didnt have to attack it with the scissors.
