the fiance and I set about making the first of hopefully many more..
First step- a timber bed head and foot, found at the local Salvos for $15. Next a sand, then the foot was cut in half and attached to either end of the bed head.
For for the seat part we used garden stakes that were picked up at the farm clearing sale a couple of months back.
A trip to Bunnings and a couple of coats of Taubmans Iron Age later and it was done.
Quality inspection complete and it was onto the front verandah...
to soak up the lovely sunshine, as classic Autumn weather is upon us with it a bit of a chill in the air.
