ReplyDeleteLucy Violet had that Meakin "Wattle" in a platter - she used to serve her roasts from it. We inherited it, but there must have been a little crack somewhere, water got in, and it broke in two.

Only found out about the sunchoke today.
DeleteYes a relative of the sunflower and produces edible tubors underground that can be eaten.
