October issue of Country Style
& a quick trip to the oppie- Sheridan sheet $2
You are truly a kindred soul, Zara! I have that sheet in black and orange too but have NEVER been able to cut them. They are still too lovely to sleep on!
ReplyDeletesigh... looks like an absolutely perfect day to me... x
ReplyDeleteI'll be looking into that book Zara. Looks like a lovely way to spend a day!
ReplyDeleteI've been lapping up the latest Country Style. How gorgeous is Paula Mills' house.
ReplyDeleteI'm eagerly waiting for my Whole Larder Love to arrive. I keep seeing copies pop up on blogs and instagram.
Good score on the sheet!
I hope your week is going well.

Hi Zara, you just had a perfect day by the looks. Cute sheet.....I was given some Johnson lovelies today as a get well and I thought of you. Will get some pics up soon. Whole larder love is on its way to my house....can't wait.
ReplyDeleteAllison :)
That sheet is so special Zara. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLooks like alot of lovely things to be inspired by in both the mag and Rohan's book. I read his blog, it's wonderful.
Love those vibrant carrots on the cover!!
ReplyDeleteI could not work out where this sheet was you were talking about, scrolled up and down a thousand times- finally realised the black and white one, so different to normal sheet finds my brain could not see it. Looks amazing, would make some amazing cushions, or is it going on your bed? mel x
ReplyDeleteI wasn't sure it was a vintage sheet when i first spied it, not having seen black and white ones around much before.
DeleteIt's only a single bed size so not on my bed. No excuse now for not using it in a sewing project.
Sounds like a great day!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely day! That book and magazine look so interesting!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the weekend,
Sarah xoxo
I am loving the look of that book the more I see it, I think it's moved to the top of my wish list :)
ReplyDeleteThat sheet is quite lovely and unlike any vintage ones I have seen, will you craft with it Zara?
Must set aside some time tomorrow to flick through my latest CS.
