1. & 2. my loves 24th birthday was celebrated this week. carrot cake was requested (the same as last year)
3. & 4. birthday gifts. wall hanging from my bearded pigeon and cockatoo print from studio cockatoo
5. a copy of 'local is lovely' arrived in the mail this week

Gorgeous Zara, love the cake and that cute card with the gardener! Local is Lovely is great isn't it? Yesterday I cooked the basic butter cake with poached quinces in it...so good x

Being han.gry is a real issue at our place - I'm sure it's a medical condition! (I bought that banner for a friend a while ago - she loved it)
