1. fruit and vegie juices of a morning
2. a last minute decision to have a little getaway to the coast for a couple of days
3. staying at a good friends river side shack
4. gosh i miss this farm lifestyle
5. a morning designated to visiting all my old favourite op-shops. there were plenty of treasures that made it home
6. back home again and more vegie seeds are planted: my first order from
Green Harvest.
7. Sunday afternoon baking. banana muffins with wholemeal flour in place of white, honey instead of sugar and coconut oil replacing butter.

Look at the colour of that juice! Fabulous! Not to mention the glomesh - I'm pretty sure my mum used to have one like that, wonder if she's still got it hidden away somewhere?

How did the muffins go with the substitutes? I once heard banana was a substitute for egg, so making banana muffins for a vegan friend called for a lot of bananas!
